Breaking of Bread, Lord’s Table, Communion, Eucharist 1 Corinthians 1117-34 The Lord’s Supper Breaking of Bread, Lord’s Table, Communion, Eucharist Breaking of Bread often took place during a fellowship meal in someone’s home. Paul rebuked the church for the way people behaved at the Lord’s Supper (verses 17-22). Then Paul explained the wonder and meaning of Communion (verses 23-34). 12/6/2018
