Cart Design Summary Cart - pursue air bearing - reduce length of cart. (too wide) Issues Bottom needs to have access to painting Management needs to have further clarification from air bearing manufacturers. (internal Demo) Over designed center of gravity. A mini model suggested to show operators and have their approval and a simulation to test reliability. Implementation – operator training required for operators. Static restraining required at testing and loading station.

Propulsion Propulsion - Approved Tugger Either battery or Air operated Move one cart at a time Issue Price of tuggers Space ulitization.

Loading Lifting - Crane is believed to be used to lift compressor to truck. Issue Current loading dock not designed. System requires finesse.

Next Step Calculate dimension of scale for our prototype. Include: Frame, cylinders, cart, air bearings and tugger. Re-evaluate specs – change ease of use to 3. Get quotes from suppliers for prototype. Create Bill of material for prototype.
