Sustainable Entrepreneurship – A Game-Based Exploration for Lower Secondary Schools – SUSEN The Game - PowerPlayer The main aim of the project is the development of a game-based learning tool (PowerPlayer) to enhance entrepreneurship education.  Strategic classroom game PowerPlayer is a newly developed resource that consists of a strategic classroom game, online companion and teacher training pack. The game is focused around clothing manufacturers and aims to introduce the concept of sustainable entrepreneurship to 12-15- year-olds. The game aims to introduce the concept of sustainable entrepreneurship in an attractive form to the students through making business decisions in the use of energy sources. Teachers from secondary schools will benefit from the innovative tools offered by the project to teach the issues around sustainable entrepreneurship and make them more appealing to students. PowerPlayer is more than a game. It is a modern educational package that includes not only a strategic game for students, but also the online companion and teacher support pack.  Online companion  Teacher support pack

Sustainable Entrepreneurship – A Game-Based Exploration for Lower Secondary Schools – SUSEN Project website The website consists of the following bookmarks: Teacher Support Pack - Teachers can use our Support Pack to help guide their class through the game and to promote group discussion. The support pack also contains all the materials and rules needed to play the game. Game material – Strategic sustainable entrepreneurship game for 12-15 years-old, based around clothing manufacturers. Online companion - Students use this companion to help complete the classroom-based game and start work on further tasks. Pictures - Area for partners and students participating in the game to share best practice photos, videos and experiences.

Objectives of the project Sustainable Entrepreneurship – A Game-Based Exploration for Lower Secondary Schools – SUSEN Objectives of the project The remaining objectives involve: key competences and skills enhance creativity and innovation in school education assessment of transversal skills such as digital competence learning to learn a sense of initiative and entrepreneurship cultural awareness encouragement to increasing a sense of community civic engagement personal responsibility The remaining objectives involve: Improve the level of key competences and skills of 12-15-year-olds, with particular regard to their relevance for the labour market. Enhance creativity and innovation in school education, in particular entrepreneurship education. Improve the attainment of young people, particularly those at risk of early school leaving. Support the assessment of transversal skills such as digital competence, learning to learn, a sense of initiative and entrepreneurship, and cultural awareness. Encourage a heightened sense of community, civic engagement, and personal responsibility.
