Region is a large area of the globe with similar characteristics such as landforms, weather, clothing, what people do for living, religions, etc. –examples are East Asia, Southeast Asia, Middle East, Caribbean). Movement involves people going places or trade, transportation, etc. (example-planes, ships, UPS, passports). Location involves GPS absolute location coordinates on earth such as 32 N and 90W and relative location is directions to somewhere on earth.
