2017-2018 Nominees

About the Sasquatch Reading Challenge The Sasquatch Reading Challenge is available to 4th and 5th grade students. The challenge is to read all twelve books and fill out a book report about each one by May 2018. If you read all twelve books and complete the book questionnaire, you will earn the Cosmic Reader Medal of Honor and be entered into a grand prize drawing to win all twelve of the 2019 nominees. There will be five grand prize winners in total. Cosmic Readers will be honored at our end of year with a special luncheon in May and recognized at our end of year assembly, at which time the grand prize winners will be announced. Cosmic Readers are also given the privilege of being a Literary Ambassador to our younger students- sharing reading strategies and stories with Challenger classrooms during the month of June.
