Amd#2, GTR#19 (EVAP) Decision Day 1: - Agreed Mandate to EVAP drafting group to finalize Amd#2 and send it as working document to GRPE Day 4: Confirmed

Amd#5, GTR#15 – Gear shift Decision Day 1: - Agreed (Following request India) - Mandate to DC to assess if in GTR Annex 2 reference can be made to Technical Report Critical cases will be added to Technical Report (input H. Steven) Day 4: Confirmed

Amd#5, GTR#15 – Drive Trace Indices Decision Day 1: - Proposals in WLTP-24-06_Appendix02b agreed, with exemption: - “Where to put square brackets concerning limit values city vs. full cycle” – proposal agreed by DTI TF and SG EV will be shown on Friday Mandate to DC to check the wording Day 4: DC showed WLTP-24-06_rev2_Appendix02b - Objections IWG to agreed proposal? No objections + some additional text proposals + request clear statement on partial cycle has/has not to meet limits (agreed) Square brackets will be removed asap, preferably before 16 Oct, IWG#25 at the latest. Mandate to DTI TF.

Amd#5, GTR#15 – Coast down method (2) Decision Day 2: Editorial proposals in WLTP-24-06_Appendix03b_rev1 will be checked by DC 4.1.1.2 (5 oC) withdrawn, 4.3 (break) will be in Informal to GRPE delivered by ACEA, 4.3.1.3.4 (split run) postponed till agreement JPN/EC, 4.3.1.3.4 (no overlap speed point) withdrawn, 4.3.1.4.3 (data rejection) postponed till agreement Christoph/Nick Day 4: IWG willing to assess new proposals on split run or data rejection? Yes. New doc will be delivered to DC. Further drafting is required. Christoph is requested to confirm agreement on 4.3.1.4.3

Amd#5, GTR#15 – Wind tunnel method Decision Day 2: All points from WLTP-24-06_Appendix04 agreed, with the exemption: Sophie and Christoph will review in which cases the procedure should be applied. Revisit on Friday if new proposal available. Mandate to DC to check the wording and completion equations Day 4: - Agreed proposal available? Yes and agreed – DC+Christoph will do final check.

Amd#5, GTR#15 – Vehicle_M concept Decision Day 2: IWG agreed on WLTP-24-06_Appendix05a, with the modification of 2 g maximum tolerance. Consolidated version will be delivered by Friday, for confirmation only. Mandate to DC to align EV (WLTP-24-06_Appendix05b) with ICE proposal Day 4: – Consolidated version received - Includes 3 g extension. - Proposal aligning EV to ICE decision received from Nico - IWG confirms agreement? Yes, with minor editorial checks

Amd#5, GTR#15 – R/L Matrix and Default R/L Decision Day 2: IWG agreed with proposals 2 and 3 of WLTP-24-06_Appendix06, with scrutiny of EC on proposal 3. Proposal 1 will be rephrased by Bill Day 4: – EC lifts scrutiny on proposal 3 - Rephrased proposal 1 received. DC showed “modification of DefaultMatrix RL (WLTP-24-06_Appendix06)” - Mandate to small group led by Bill to come up with final proposal to be included in Amd#5 (Suggestion Iddo: leave it to EU-WLTP)

Amd#5, GTR#15 – Alternative Interpolation Decision Day 2: IWG agreed in principle with WLTP-24-06_Appendix07_rev1 Mandate to DC-Iddo-Nick to draft final proposal. Day 4: - Final proposal received IWG willing to assess new proposal? Yes. Scrutiny period to India to consider the approach.

Amd#5, GTR#15 – Response factor Decision Day 2: IWG agreed with WLTP-24-06_Appendix09, with additional deletion of row “Dilution flow” in Table A5/4 and small editorial changes. Mandate to DC to check wording Day 4: Confirmed
