Listeria monocytogenes isolation from urine: a series of 15 cases and review  F. Danion  Clinical Microbiology and Infection  Volume 23, Issue 8, Pages 583-585 (August 2017) DOI: 10.1016/j.cmi.2017.01.007 Copyright © 2017 Terms and Conditions

Fig. 1 (a) Patterns of clinical/biological features in 15 patients for whom Listeria monocytogenes was isolated in urine. (b) Core genome MLST analysis of the isolates collected from the 15 patients with Listeria monocytogenes isolated in urine. Sixteen strains were analysed: 15 isolated in the urine, and one isolated from cerebrospinal fluid. Scale bar indicates % of allelic mismatches out of 1748 cgMLST genes. The black star highlights the isolate that was collected from a cerebrospinal fluid, while all the other isolates were collected from urine. Number of allelic differences between pairs of strains is indicated next to their common node. 2016/01395 and 2016/01396 were isolated from the same patient.
