Prioritize List your task and check off what you complete Use a calendar or planner to keep track of tasks Eliminate your distractions

Lost time (time that has passed) - Minutes that you could have used to your advantage - Time that cant be recovered

Home - Cooking, cleaning, kids homework and other kid activities (practice) Work - If you need to earn an income, you must work!!!! Friends - Calling, texting, partying!!!!!!!

Make a list to see what your day or week looks like so you can determine what you need to complete, especially if it allows you to have time to study.
