Latest LiftNet 2.0 Updates Launched week of April 27th

Quote Worksheet Updates The Gross Profit Percent/Amount has been added as line items in the cost summary section. Also the “Quote as Suggested Upgrades” will now show at the bottom of the quote worksheet.

Quote Worksheet Exports Quote worksheets can now be exported to Excel as well as Word

Promotion Notification A notification will appear when you try and submit a Customer or Rental order without a promotion/discount on the order. If you would like to proceed with the order you will have the type the word “Confirm.”

Quote Template Changes Email addresses and phone numbers of relevant contacts have been added to the section located on the top right of the quote.

Quote Template Changes You are now able to print “Terms above acceptance” which allows you to customize any terms and conditions that you may want to appear above the signature of the customer, these can be entered under Administration/Dealer Settings in LiftNet 2.0. There is also now a line for the “Customer Purchase Order Number.”

Print More Details on Select Options The availability to print long descriptions on quotes is now available. It has been added to the cabin category and in the process of being added to the cabin accessories, special applications, accessories and overhead guard categories. This feature is selectable when available under each item in the configurator

New Configurator Functionality You will now have the ability to select multiple Dealer Installed Items at one time versus having to launch the selector for every option. You are also able to determine how you would like these items to print on the quote; “A” for above the line; “B” for below the line and “H” to not show the item as an individualized item.

Order Picker Updates When you select an EKS 208/308 you will be reminded in the configurator that you must attach and application survey and that it requires a service trained professional to commission. You must accept each item before saving the configuration or you will receive an error.
