Presentation transcript:

This is a double page spread of a beauty/fashion magazine that I found and I have decided that I will design a fashion magazine spread. The target audience for my chosen theme would be 17-26 for women who like reading fashion/beauty magazines and also for women who are interested in fashion and beauty. This is a double page spread of a beauty/fashion magazine that I found and I have decided that I will design a fashion magazine spread. The target audience for my chosen theme would be 18-30 for women who like reading fashion/beauty magazines and also for women who are interested in fashion and beauty. The magazine spread I chose is clearly about beauty and it gives various information about how to achieve a certain look for summer and what products to use. This spread is also advertising cosmetic brands because I could see that in the article there are image of products that are from a high end cosmetic brand There is a large tile which says “HOT IN THE CITY” and this is to grab attention so that the target audience can read it and find out the latest trend. Underneath the tile there is rhetorical question which may indicate that they are directly talking to the female target audience The magazine spread I chose is clearly about beauty and it gives various information about how to achieve a certain look for summer and what products to use. This spread is also advertising cosmetic brands because I could see that in the article there are image of products that are from a high end cosmetic brand. On the left side of the spread there is a large image of a model with a pink lipstick and a orange eyeliner which are all summer colours. These colours may connote summer and feminism.
