Leadership As a member of the Dream Team, you are a Leader at Trinity Fellowship.

Qualifications for Leadership Biblical qualifications for Dream Team Leaders: Worthy of Respect Sincere Not indulging in much wine (or other addictive behavior) Not pursuing dishonest gain Holder of deep truths Faithful in marriage Manage children and household well

Leadership Leadership is always a Service role.

Responsibilities of Dream team Members To Serve faithfully on the Team of your choice. To Honor the other leaders on your team. To Support the ministries of Trinity Fellowship Church with both your words and actions.

Responsibilities of Dream team Members To extend Grace to others. To Share the love of God to the unreached in our community. 6. To be a Witness of the power of God to those who come across your path.

Dream Team On-Boarding Process Complete Growth Track 101-401. Must be a Member of TFC. Complete Dream Team Leadership Application at 401 and select Dream Team of your choice. Interview with Coach. Serve on the Dream Team.
