Update and Progress

Joining Complete College America (CCA) Governor Mead made the commitment in late fall 2012 and appointed the initial core team Went to the Annual CCA Alliance Convening in Nov., 2012 Began regular planning meetings Expanded the core team to include broader representation

Complete College America (CCA) Game Changers Performance Funding Co-requisite Remediation Full-time is 15 Structured Schedules Guided pathways to success

Our Basic Commitment to CCA Set completion goals Collect and report common measures of success Develop action plans and move key policy levers

Complete College Wyoming’s Goals Increase completion at the community colleges by 5% annually through 2022. Increase four-year, five-year and six-year completion rates at UW by 2% annually. Ensure that every degree-seeking student completes gateway courses in English and in Math within their first 30 credit hours at the Wyoming Community Colleges.

CCW’s Goals Con’t Create statewide stakeholder buy-in for achieving Wyoming’s completion goals. Develop capacity and support for Guided Pathways to Success strategies. Identify the metrics that are important to Wyoming.

CCW National Participation Attended the Alliance Convening in 2012, 2013 and 2014 Participated in workshops on Time to Completion; Guided Pathways, and Gateway Courses Submitted data to CCA 3 times Attended the Completion Academy Completed the Wyoming College Completion Self-Assessment Attended the Developmental Bootcamp Brought a CCA consultant to do Guided Pathways session
