“Equip” to furnish for service or action by providing whatever is needed for a specific task. to dress or make ready. to provide someone with mental/emotional resources.

Colossians 2: 6-7 6 “So then, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live your lives in Him,  7 rooted and built up in Him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness.”

“By helping people understand their community and the world.” Core Value #3: “By helping people understand their giftedness, passions, and calling; we enable them to better impact their community and the world.” [Ephesians 4: 11-16; 2 Timothy 3:17]
