Case Study JS, a 67 year old retired public school administrator, complains that he has to turn up the TV louder than his wife would prefer He denies any difficulty understanding his wife and, as the couple is not particularly socially active, he denies any other significant communication problems JS’s primary (and only) treatment goal is to be able to hear and understand the TV at a volume level that is comfortable for his wife 7.12.2018
