Scheduler Reporting Types Various channels of reporting capabilities are available for the Scheduler application Standard Reports Canned reports, easy access to data Report Builder User friendly data queries, ability to save reports, filter/sorting capabilities Database Reporting Solution Versatility, flexibility, can be used for data warehousing
Standard Reports A list of canned reports that can be used to access operational, billing, subject and visit data Accessed via the “Reporting” tab in Scheduler Note that many of the reports are formatted for viewing within the application; report export files are in non-formatted raw data format (CSV)
Accessed via the “Reporting (beta)” tab in the Scheduler application Report Builder New reporting functionality with a user-friendly interface and flexibility for user to select desired data fields Accessed via the “Reporting (beta)” tab in the Scheduler application Current functionality: My Saved Reports: Allows users to save their report template selections for future access Administrative Reports Scheduled Visit Data Study & Visit Template Data (More templates slated for future enhancements) Schedule/Operational Reports (Structured, formatted report templates salted for future enhancements) Filtering and Sorting
Database Reporting Solution Access based reporting solution. Users would have access to all data in the Scheduler database. Offers users (such as Administrative Directors) maximum flexibility in data access and data analysis Can be used as a data warehousing tool to perform data analysis and data QC High level of user knowledge of the Scheduler database is needed for effective usage of the Database Reporting Solution
