Volume 150, Issue 2, Pages 315-317 (February 2016) Intracavitary Contrast-enhanced Ultrasonography to Detect Enterovesical Fistula in Crohn’s Disease  Yu-jun Chen, Ren Mao, Xiao-hua Xie, Bai-li Chen, Yao He, Ming Xu, Zhi-rong Zeng, Shomron Ben-Horin, Min-hu Chen, Xiao-yan Xie  Gastroenterology  Volume 150, Issue 2, Pages 315-317 (February 2016) DOI: 10.1053/j.gastro.2015.09.051 Copyright © 2016 AGA Institute Terms and Conditions

Figure 1 (A) After percutaneous needle puncture of the cavity, diluted contrast agent was injected and the needle tract was firstly shown. (B) After 30 mL of diluted contrast agent was injected, a fistula between the bowel and vesicle was clearly shown. Figure 2 Fistula was confirmed by surgical findings. The abscess masses were found to be adhered to thickened ileocecus and vesicle during operation. A fistula orifice (black arrow) located in ileocecus was detected under gross specimen examination.
