Abstinence and STD Intro Unit 8: Family Life

What is… Monogamy – the state of being married to one person at a time; in a relationship with one person. Abstinence – practice of restraining oneself from indulging in something.

Marriage - A legally recognized union of a man and woman. Intercourse – any sexual contact that involves penetration; either vaginal, anal, or oral.
