Practices Times 3 sessions- (During School Year)- Monday-Friday, (High School Only-Fridays-Incoming 9th-12th Grade) 1st Session-15/18,13/14- 4:00-5:30pm 2nd Session- 8&unders/Kickboarders-5:30-6:00 pm (Kickboarders)-Tuesday/Thursday-Night Practice Only 3rd Session-9/10,11/12, 13/14-6:00-7:15 pm 13-14 age group has option of 1st session or 3rd session practice. Please make sure pick up swimmers on time at pool.

8&under/Kickboarders Group Must be at least 3 years or older To be in 8&under practice-Must be able to swim 1 lap of the pool unassisted. Kickboarder Group-During Night Practice- Tuesday/Thursday Practice Kickboarder Morning Practices-Monday-Friday Coaches will determine what group to begin in.

3 Session Practices-Morning Practices 13 & overs- 8:00am-9:20 am 9-10 &11-12- 9:30 am-10:50am 8&unders- 11 am-12 pm Age group levels could change based on swimmer’s ability.

3 Session Practices-Cont. During Swim Lessons-Times are adjusted Lessons are Weeks of June 25thth-July 6th 13& overs- 7:30 am-8:45 am 9-10 & 11-12- 8:45 am-10:00 am 8 & unders- 10:00 am- 11:00 am

Dryland/Team Building We are going to begin to add Dryland to practices On Inclement weather day/cold temps, we are going to still hold a practice (Unless weather is too severe) What to Bring: sneakers, sweatpants or shorts, sweatshirts, dry clothes for after, towel.

Time Trials Dates for Time Trials-June 12,13,14. Need Times on Everyone before first meet. No Exceptions We need baseline times to plan first meet and this is only way to do it.

Meets..Cont. If you know you can not attend, please let coaches know and write name on meet’s absent sheet. Coaches plan meets every Wednesday, so please let us know by WEDNESDAY! ( Unless emergency) Meet/practice attendance-Need to be at practice to be in meets. As coaches, we understand it is summer time, but this must not be confused with commitment and work ethic. Meet Results will be posted at the pool the Monday following the meet. If you have a question on your swimmers time, please see one of the coaches before or after practice.

Spirit Nights Chalk Nights (Home Meets): 6/23 & 7/7 Paint Night-(Away Meet)-7/21 All Spirit Nights begin at 6 pm and end at 7 pm. Great way to get excited before our meets.
