The Finchale Partnership: Development Plan Prayer and Spirituality: to enhance the prayer life of our parishes and of the whole partnership Organise events across all our parishes and set up a network of people to pray for the needs of the Partnership Young People: to address the needs of our young people and specifically involve them in their parish and in the partnership Establish a Partnership Subgroup for Youth Ministry, and use the Diocesan toolkit to review how we support young people Outreach: to ensure we focus beyond our own needs and address the needs of local and international groups too Set up one or more outreach projects involving people from across the Partnership Communication: to make sure everyone in the Partnership has the information they need about what is happening and how they can get involved Share our news on each others’ newsletters, noticeboards and websites, and make sure information is easily available about what is happening in the Partnership Building our community: ensuring we get to know and understand each other, so that we work together to meet the needs of all our parishes across the Partnership Team building for the PDG, and social and spiritual events for the whole Partnership Finances: to ensure we manage finances appropriately at Partnership level Set up a Partnership level Finance Committee and bank account Property: to ensure that we work together to make the most appropriate use of the property in our Partnership Discuss major property decisions at Partnership level and set up a team to carry out the Property Review which the Diocese will commission Formation: To ensure that we support the people of the Partnership in developing their faith and their lay leadership skills Develop a Partnership Network to look at all aspects of formation – faith, ministry and leadership This is a draft – have we got the priorities right for our Partnership?
