Be part of developing KI Brief presentation of the 2017 employee survey for work teams

A few quick facts The last employee survey was conducted in 2014. The questionnaire: Online for PC/Mac, tablets and smartphones Open between 20th September and 4th October 2017 Swedish and English version Responses are handled and compiled by Quicksearch Responses are entirely anonymous Feedback on the team’s results in November-December.

Why should I take part in the survey? An opportunity to make your views known about the work environment, leadership, organisation, vision and goals. Having committed KI employees that enjoys being here is crucial for the continued development of our operations and activities. It is important to leave your opinion to ensure a reliable basis.

What has happened since the last survey? A few examples: Goal-setting dialogues between vice-chancellor and departmental management teams Education for managers in appraisal dialogues Code of conduct: a measure against abusive discrimination Extended fitness activities made available Courses in sleep and stress management

Improvement efforts at departments Following the 2014 employee survey approximately 500 local action programmes were created. What have you done at your department/section/unit or equivalent? If possible give some examples.

Roles and responsibilities Managers: Inform, give feedback on results, initiate improvement work, document action plans, work with measures and follow up. Staff members: Fill in the questionnaire, take part in subsequent discussions and in creating action plans and participate in different measures. Everyone’s responsibility: Contribute to a good discussions and development of the team.
