RATIONALE Various countries and regions have established broadband deployment programs, including wireless broadband, in recognition of the importance of broadband in all its forms Resolution GSC-15/21 addresses a number of related issues such as Broadband, RLANs and ad-hoc networking The interest in Resolution GSC-15/21 and associated GSC-16 proposals reflects this level of interest
RATIONALE Other closely related subjects of interest, such as White Space are also emerging Addressing an increasing number of related issues in a single document results in a loss of focus A split of the Broadband Resolution into two or more separate Resolutions would reflect the evolving number of issues while ensuring that appropriate focus is kept
