I. What is “worship?” “Worship” Defined: “to kiss one’s hand in token of reverence” “Worship” Described: “…the believer’s response with all that he is – mind, emotions, will and body – to all that God is, says, and does”

II. What is the focus of our worship? Not other men… Acts 10:26 Not angels… Rev. 22:9 Not entertainment… Not personal feelings… The proper focus of worship is God the Father, and His Son, Jesus Christ.

III. What are the elements of Biblical worship? Spirited Singing… Eph. 5:19 Passionate Praying… Luke 18:1 Contemplative Communion… 1 Cor. 11:23-29 Generous Giving… 2 Cor. 9:6-7 Powerful Preaching… 1 Cor. 2:1-5
