Two Healthy Food Groups By: Arman

DAIRY If you are 2-8 years old have 2 cups of dairy per day. Just in case you don’t know which foods are dairy, they’re foods like cheese , milk ,yogurt and other or if you’re drinking milk, make sure you’re having low or no fat milk. Cheese, yogurt, and milk are all in the dairy group.

You can have all sorts of food groups , but it’s important to have healthy foods.

GRAINS Eat 6.o.z of grains a day. Grains give you energy that will last all day, but make sure the label says whole grain, not multigrain, not seven grain, not 100% wheat, it`s gotta be WHOLE.

Don’t you think every group is great?

It is important to have these two food groups and have other ones too, just make sure they`re healthy.
