Implementation Phase 1 Consult and Develop Constitution Phase 2 Set up Business Entity Phase 3 Design guidelines and implement a comprehensive Skill Audit with the Provinces Phase 4 Design guidelines and implement a Skills Academy (All other projects must follow after the above mentioned phases)

The way forward We need your support Specific areas of concern, needs and operational implementation annexed We have a structure for government to use as a vehicle to drive its transportation initiatives The National Small Bus Operators Council presents Government with a unique opportunity to redress, change, or fix policies that could further its aims and objectives for its long term transport plans
