Vocab Quiz today if absent (part 2 – see slide) Activity #3 – turn in for an optional grade if absent Transcendentalism Unit/Short Stories: “The Secret Life of Walter Mitty” - Reading Quiz & chart-“Plot a Day in the Life” Film – next week Modern Day Issue Research Essay: AT 1:45 (or before): ROUGH DRAFT DUE PRINT Rough Draft PEER EDIT: last 30 min. – must have in-text citations/Works Cited complete TURN IN printed rough draft and peer edit sheet NEXT CLASS: Complete final essay print/email to Ms. K – NO EXCEPTIONS! If absent on Tues: must email final essay to Ms. K by end of day Tues; NO EXCEPTIONS!
