Online Questions Answered by CLC Abby from Cambrian asked: “I would like to multi-modify application status’ of a list of students. How can I do this?” To do this, you can select multiple accounts from the entry list, then click on the actions button, then use the option Bulk Edit. You can also use this process to use the Set Value action as well.

Is there a way in SRW?” Although it may be tough to find and tag all your entries at first (you cannot tag, then search new last name, as your old tag will go away – you must search by scrolling), once you have selected them, you can click on the arrow at the top right to ‘Save as List’

Can it be done?” You can change your password if you already know it, by clicking the top right and selecting account then change password. If your account has been reset by IT, then you must first use the client to change your password, before logging into SRW.
Online Questions Answered by CLC Kelly from Sheridan and Kurtis from Georgian asked: “The contract dates do not match the check in/out dates when you make a new booking. Can you fix this?” To get these to match, you must first create the booking, change the term to Conference 2017 – it will ask if you’d like to update the booking settings, do not change the dates here, click edit further then change the dates on this new screen. It should then update when you save & close
Online Questions Answered by CLC Jason from TRU asked: “Why can a report be closed and its status is still under investigation?” The workflow of reports in the Campus Life Module are separate than the status’. Since they are not connect, users must change each separately. That said, we can look into a specific data subscription that would allow us to update the status of a report once it is closed.
