Respiration What happens when you keep running and get out of breath? How does it feel?

How can you respire without oxygen? lactic acid glucose energy This method does not give as much energy as aerobic respiration Too much lactic acid causes cramps. You need extra oxygen after anaerobic respiration to break down the lactic acid. The oxygen needed to break down the lactic acid is called the oxygen debt
