The basics GOAL: Two times during your term Target goals 1st visitation – QUARTER ONE before school is out: make connections early for a strong year, early dues submissions, great membership drives The longer you wait the harder it is to build a relationship 2nd visitation – QUARTER TWO/THREE  check in with club health, areas of need and support, promote future elections (club, division) 3rd visitation – QUARTER FOUR  with your elect! Great transition activity

The basics You HAVE to introduce yourself Visitation options Club meeting Board meeting Service project One visitation must be to a meeting; additional visits may be to service project Visit to know the members you serve better! Build relations!
