Glorifying God with Our Lives

Glorifying God Christ glorified the Father He sought to glorify the Father (John 7:18) He lived for His Father, not for Himself (John 12:27-28; 13:31; 17:1-5)

Glorifying God Christians are to glorify the Father It is the reason for our existence (Ephesians 1:12)

Glorifying God Christians glorify the Father through… Good works (Matt. 5:16; 1 Peter 2:12) Bearing fruit (John 15:8; Philippians 1:11) Unity (Romans 15:5-7) Keeping our bodies pure (1 Cor. 6:18-20) Speaking His words & using our God-given talents (1 Peter 4:11) Suffering joyfully (1 Peter 4:12-16)
