Elections Per our bylaws, each position shall be voted for independently. Due to several candidates seeking multiple positions, we will hold the election in three parts, one for each open position. The same process will be used for each position. Election order will be President, Vice President and then Corresponding Secretary. Each candidate will have an opportunity to speak and present their campaign for the open position. The general PTO body will then be asked if any other candidates would like to step forward. After each candidate has presented, the floor will open to the general PTO body for questions to the candidates. Once the verbal forum has concluded, voting will be done on paper ballots. Counting of the ballots will be done by an appointed school representative and at least one other person. The winner will be announced and removed from subsequent position ballots, if applicable. The process above will then be repeated for the remaining open positions.
