Customer Feedback During the duration of the demonstration project, riders provided MVTAs Customer Service department positive feedback:

Customer Feedback Matt L. Thank you very much for getting wifi on some of the busses. Will all busses get it eventually? I can get a lot of work done, so is very convenient. Kevin A. I'm a regular rider on 465 to the U. I love having WiFi on the bus. I'm hopeful that you will add it to all the buses on this route. It allows me to be productive during my commutes. Thanks for considering this additional service.

Customer Feedback Lisa. T I recently rode the 7:20 AM 484 bus from the Eagan Transit Station with WIFI for the first time! Thanks so much for adding that benefit. I look forward to the time when that route regularly has WIFI. It really is a nice feature for those of us commuting into Saint Paul. Thanks again. MVTA Rider First, thank you very much for the wifi service - I really like it for sending s on the way to and from work.

Next Steps Staff will provide a comprehensive plan at the earliest during April, 2014 Board Meeting Equipping more buses and transit stations with Wi-Fi gear Plan will include Cedar Express and REDLine, among other MVTA local and express routes
