Sign in using school account in the LIS Website (http://lis.deped.gov.ph)

It will display this page if school head has not yet updated his/her data. Fill up the required filed then click update or click SKIP to proceed

DASHBOARD To display all the enrollment For Grade 10 only SHS Early Registration To display all the Classes by Grade and section

Click SHS Registration to open the page for SHS Registration Click Here Click SHS Registration to open the page for SHS Registration

Click the Link It will display the current section/s and enrolment of Grade 10, click the Section Name

In option 1, in the school column, type the School name or id preferred by the student (It include the school with permit to offer SHS) In option 1, in the Track/Strand Column, select the 1st and 2nd Tracks/Strands available in the school

In the Option 2 (optional), you must provide or select the school preferred by the student and the 1st and 2nd Tracks/Strands available in the school

Click Update button to save before going to other pages or Back to Classes

After clicking Update button, it will display Form saved
