Forms Portal The Forms Portal provides a platform for customers to manage, publish, and maintain a collection of forms through a unified portal Responsive Layout Implements form reuse and process flows Customizable through style sheets (CSS) Search through use of keywords, custom metadata, tags and so forth Setup a way for users to access their saved (draft) forms as well as submitted forms
Drafts and Submissions Forms Portal provides a pre-built way to store saved and submitted forms They are stored in two distinct tabs Each user can view their drafts and submissions Security Considerations: Personal Identifiable Information (PII) is stored in the AEM repository by default Drafts may need to be stored in another repository behind the firewall Customize submissions to store form data in another repository
