Temporary Works Management NLHSG Meeting 2018 28th June 2018 Temporary Works Management The presentation will include information on the following: Temporary Works a brief history. Why Temporary Works are not just specific to construction. How CDM 2015 has affected the management of Temporary Works. Client responsibilities. Speaker Profile Craig Brown – Clugston Construction LTD In 2017 Craig joined Clugston Construction as a member of the Health and Safety Department. Craig has over 15 years experience on a variety of construction projects and has worked on some of Britain’s iconic bridges including the Forth Road crossing, the Severn Bridge and locally on the Humber Bridge. Craig has also worked on a number of rail and infrastructure projects and is currently providing assistance to the construction site teams on 3 energy from waste plants, 2 water treatment works and other projects within the Clugston portfolio. Craig’s passion is working at height safely and is a qualified MEWP Manager, scaffolding inspector, safety netting and access stair inspector, combined with being a qualified Temporary Works Coordinator his aim is for no-one to suffer the consequences of a fall from height through; poor planning, poor equipment, poor training and poor management.
