Brief Update Local Areas responsible for completing transfer reviews. Local Authority – currently required to submit a monthly count of the remaining transfer reviews. Schools to check numbers of young people with statements and cross check with Local Authority. Latest position – encouragingly approximately 75% have been completed.

Transfer Reviews - Key Dates/Timescales Notification to schools before the end of the summer. ECHP Co-ordinators to work with schools. All reviews need to take place before October half term. All plans must be finalised by 31st March 2018.
