Linear Momentum vs. Angular Momentum Which ones of the cylinders should have the larger angular momentum?

Kid stands on the outside as the disc spins. If the kid begins to walk inside, how does the angular momentum of the disc-kid system change? The kid begins to walk against the motion of the spinning disc how does the angular momentum change of the disc? how does the angular momentum of the kid change? How does the angular momentum of the disc-kid change?

What’s the formula you would use to show the angular momentum of the system doesn’t change?
