Why Do We Need An Employee Development Plan? Provide beneficial alternatives that improve the organization and employee relationship Offers preparation for future changes within the company due to organizational growth

Employee Development Initiative Tuition Reimbursement Help encourage employees to expand their academic knowledge Organizations that offer tuition reimbursement has witness improvement in employee retention rates, job improvement and readiness for promotion

Employee Development Initiative Assessments Collecting information of employees and providing constructive feedback to improvement workplace behavior and skills Performance Appraisals Measures the performance of employee by advising them of room for improvement
