John’s blood sugar and blood pressure results were out of range His results from a recent Health Advocate onsite health screening were concerning, because both of his brothers were recently diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes The Health Advocate onsite health educator encouraged him to see his doctor to discuss his results Challenge “ I would have never known I had any issues if it weren’t for the screenings at my office. Diagnosed with pre-diabetes, John enrolled in the Wellness Program John’s Wellness Coach helped him create a diet and exercise program She also put him in touch with a Nurse Coach for support managing his pre-diabetes After six months, John had lost over 15 pounds and his blood pressure had returned to normal range Solution ”
