WELCOME INFORMATION Welcome to Royal Holloway. On this sheet you will also find all information relevant to you and an outline of all the buildings you will be using during your stay here. Car Park 12 Picture Gallery Windsor Building On your key envelope is a 4-digit code. These codes are unique for each building on the campus. You will need to enter this code into a pin pad on the front door of your accommodation building to gain access. The key card in the envelope will give you access to your individual room and needs to be entered into the lock with the black bar facing down. Check-in, from 13:00, for single ensuite and premium ensuite accommodation will take place at the Hub Reception (open 24 hours). Check-in, from 13:00, for standard accommodation will take place as follows – Friday: Founder’s Building at the Founder’s reception on the west side (open 08:00 – 22:00); Saturday: foyer, Windsor Building (open 08:00 – 18:00). After these hours: at the Security Office which can be contacted on: 01784 443 063. Key drop boxes outside Founder’s Reception and the Hub Reception will be available for guests to deposit their keys, by 10:00, on the morning of departure. Breakfast will be served in the Hub Dining Hall for all guests staying in ensuite accommodation and in the Founder’s Dining Hall for guests staying in standard accommodation. Lunch and dinner will be served daily in the Founder’s Dining Hall. Sessions will take place in the Windsor Building.
