The Early Bird Road – GDL: Option A SPECIAL LEARNER PERMIT Pass the knowledge and vision test At least 16 years old Enroll in an approved behind-the-wheel driver training course Practice with an Adult Supervising Driver for at LEAST 6 months Restrictions Special Learner Permit

The Early Bird Road – GDL: Option A SPECIAL LEARNER PERMIT Completed six months of supervised driving without any suspensions or postponements At least 17 years old Pass the MVC’s ROAD test Get a Probationary License
