Plan: Introduction UNWTO and Central Asia Cooperation of UNWTO and Uzbekistan Proposals Conclusion

The prospects for multilateral cooperation with international authority in the field of tourism is needed in the context of the novelties of international life, which together will constitute the research paper. Introduction.

Accordingly… UNWTO Central Asia Uzbekistan Great Silk Route

UNWTO Main objective of the Organization is to promote the development of tourism in order to contribute to economic development, international understanding, peace, prosperity, universal respect and observance of human rights and fundamental freedoms for all people without distinction as to race, gender, language or religion.

Regional Commissions: European Tourism Commission; Arab Tourism Association; The American Society of Tourist Agents; Conference of tourist agencies of Latin American countries; Association of British Tourist Agencies; Tourist Association of the Pacific Region.

Touristic potential of Central Asia CA countries located in the core of Asia and contain large and untapped tourism resources to serve world tourism market. Almost all the studies mentioned the fact that the Central Asian countries are unique in that they are exotic and newly emerging destinations, offer a wide variety of rich cultural and heritage attractions and possess natural beauty and great hospitality. Touristic potential of Central Asia

Touristic potential of Uzbekistan 7,000 historical and cultural monuments Samarkand -‘Queen of All Cities.’ Bukhara -‘Princesses Bukhara”, Khiva and Shakhrisabz are included in the UNESCO’s World Heritage List. According to the estimates of the World Tourism and Travel Council, Uzbekistan ranks : 115th place among countries in terms of total contribution to the country's GDP formation, 103rd place in the use of investments 69th in terms of the number of employed in the industry 150th in tourist arrivals and it accounts for 0,2% of the total flow. (this indicator with the available material and technical base can reach 2.2%).

Legal aspects of cooperation UNWTO and the Republic of Uzbekistan. Remarkable dates: 1993 Membership in UNWTO 1994 Samarkand Declaration on Silk Road Tourism 2002 Bukhara Declaration on Silk Road Tourism

The need for special cooperation under UNWTO… it is time to reform institutional structure of European Commission by separating one of the unique component of it. Central Asian states are not considered to be part of Europe neither from geographical point of view nor logically. Hence, it is time to extend the reach of UNWTO’s sphere of cooperation by establishing Regional Commission for Central Asia

Multi-visa system:

Conclusion and Proposals: it is difficult to overestimate the role of legal and institutional mechanisms for regulating the diverse relationships of subjects of the tourist market both inside the country and outside it. it is time to reform the structure of the UNWTO by organizing special institute for Central Asian countries placement its headquarter in Uzbekistan, a heart of ancient Great Silk Road. And it is time to promote legal and practical issues for multi-visa cooperation system in Central Asia region
