What is stakeholder mapping Stakeholder analysis (also called stakeholder mapping) is an important step in designing a new program.Stakeholders include individuals, community leaders, groups and other organisations who will be impacted by the program, or who could influence the outcome.

What is user persona A user persona is a representation of the goals and behavior of a hypothesized group of users. In most cases, personas are synthesized from data collected from interviews with users. ... For each product, more than one persona is usually created, but one persona should always be the primary focus for the design.

Affinity Map An Affinity Diagram is a tool that gathers large amounts of language data (ideas, opinions, issues) and organizes them into groupings based on their natural relationships.. The Affinity process is often used to group ideas generated by Brainstorming.

Problem: Poor education system in Liberia? We are going to use design thinking and to solve the problem of poor education system in Liberia. We will break into group of fives with each group applying the below approaches: Empathy map Student personas Stakeholder map Affinity map/ brainstorming/ideating Prototyping Presentation Each group presentation will include (all maps, ideas and prototype)
