Navigating Wellness Workshops

Getting Started Log on to the Health Advocate website by visiting HealthAdvocate.com/members Click on Well-being, then Wellness Workshops You may also have a workshop recommended for you on your To Do list. Click the arrow to the right of the workshop if you’d like to begin.

Prioritize your Workshops Click on the triangles to expand the sections Click +Add to Queue to add workshops you’re interested in taking, click Start to begin You also have the option to click Start Now to begin a suggested workshop

Beginning a Workshop Click on the lessons to begin learning

Taking the Quiz You must read all of the lessons before you are able to take the quiz

Taking the Quiz (continued) Read and answer the questions Click Submit to check your answers

Taking the Quiz (continued) If you didn’t pass the quiz on the first try, don’t worry! Close out of the quiz by clicking the “X” in the top right-hand corner and then click on Retry Quiz.

Starting the Next Chapter After you have passed the quiz, you will see a preview of the next chapter The text at the bottom will tell you when you are able to start the next chapter New chapters are available every 7 days

Review Completed Workshops You can always go back and review the workshops you’ve completed by clicking on them Access workshops you’ve already completed from the Workshop page Click on the name of the workshop to open it for viewing
