Hospital Services The Provincial Master plan is being developed. All hospitals have appointed general managers. Only 1 out of 3 provincial hospitals does not have a CEO. 1Regional Hospital Complex has performance management agreement. 2 regional hospital complexes to have performance agreement in 2001 Strengthen Finance, HR, Procurement Delegations UPFS
Deliver PHC through DHS Four new districts to be established. 8.3 million people were seen in clinics and health centres. 977000 outpatients were seen in hospitals. On average, each citizen in the province visits a health facility 2.7 times in a year. 31% of clinics and health centres operate 7 days a week. 59% of clinics and health centres have electricity, water, sanitation and telephones.
