overview This PowerPoint Presentation will illustrate three main business types and forms. The forms will be sole proprietorship The forms will be partnership The forms will be corporation

Sole proprietorship A sole proprietorship is when one person runs a business without any business partners. The model of a company such as this is in the next slide.

partnership A partnership is when two or more people join alliances in order to run a business.

corporation A corporation is legally registered with the United States government and would often have many employees and CEO and managers, plus potentially an HR Department as well.
