Creating a grid by Carl Dellutri

Line up the ruler with the first measuring mark

Make a mark in the center

Slide the ruler down a few inches and make another mark in the center

Use the edge of the ruler to connect the marks, and lightly draw a line from the top to the bottom

Align the ruler with the top of the paper, and make a mark in the center of that line

Slide the ruler over. And align the ruler with the edge of the paper and make another mark in the center of the paper

Use the edge of the ruler to connect the marks, and lightly draw a line side to side

Align the ruler horizontally with the center point, and make a mark 2 inches to the right

Align the ruler with the center point, and make a mark 4 inches to the right

Align the ruler with the center point, and make a mark 2 inches to the left, and then another mark 4 inches to the left

Slide the ruler up. and align the ruler with the center point, and make a mark 2 inches to the right,

Align the ruler with the center point, and make a mark 4 inches to the right,

Align the ruler with the center point, and make a mark 2 inches to the left,

Align the ruler with the center point, and make a mark 4 inches to the left,

Connect the marks and draw a line from top to bottom

Align the ruler vertically with the center point, and make a mark 2, 4 and 6 inches up,

Slide the ruler over and align the ruler vertically with the center point, and make another mark 2, 4 and 6 inches up,

Keep the ruler vertically aligned with the center point, and make a mark 2, 4 and 6 inches down,

Align the ruler with these marks and draw lines through them

Label the top A -F Label the side 1 - 5
