HIGHLIGHTS OF THE R.I.S.E. PROGRAM We are RISING UP for expecting and new mothers! Reaching and Intervening with Substance-using moms Effectively If you are currently pregnant or parenting a child that is under 12 months and you are struggling with substance use, you may be eligible for a program uniquely designed for expecting and new mothers. HIGHLIGHTS OF THE R.I.S.E.
