How to Delete “Pending” Electronic Subscriber Agreement

Click on “My Account”

Locate your Pending Electronic Subscriber Agreement. Verify that it both Pending and is an Electronic process.

At the top of the screen – Click on “Edit Account”

Locate your Pending Electronic Subscriber Agreement again

Check button to “Delete Access Rights”. Click Save to continue.

At the Confirmation Screen, notice your check box is now grayed out. Click Save again when ready.

Go back and request Subscriber Agreement again but make sure to choose Paper this time
