7th June Meet at school no later than 9:30 am Leave baggage in cars until we go to the coach (10:00am) Hand in all medication (apart from inhalers) to Miss Radcliffe Children require a packed lunch which needs to be taken on the coach with them. All travel sick children must have had tablets before departure.

9th June We will leave Colomendy at approximately 1:30pm and arrive back at school for 3:00pm. Please provide travel sickness tablets for the return journey. Help will be needed to unload the coach. Children will be allowed off the coach once it has been unloaded.

Other Information Children are not allowed to phone home. The school website will be updated daily and there will be Twitter updates also. Medication is to be handed in prior to departure. Pack luggage sensibly as the children need to carry it themselves! Children can bring a disposable camera. No other electrical equipment to be brought (NO MOBILE PHONES)! DO NOT pack goodies, they will be confiscated.
