Quark-Gluon Plasma This is the fireball created when two nuclei of Gold (Au) were smashed together at nearly the speed of light. The fireball was hot enough to melt protons and neutrons into a substance that is the densest matter ever observed, and is a 100,000 times hotter than the inside of the Sun.

Speed Speed is the distance traveled divided by the time it takes to travel that distance. The faster something is moving, the less time it takes to travel a certain distance.

What is his average speed over this distance? Lorenzo is running at a speed of 7 m/s. If he runs at this speed for 5 seconds, how many meters will he have run? Bernard jogs at a speed of 5 m/s for a distance of 60 meters. How much time does this take him?
